FDOT I-595 Corridor Project Team
The FDOT I-595 Project Team is responsible for management oversight of the
design, build, finance, operations and maintenance contract executed with the
concessionaire on March 3, 2009. The Team’s responsibility also includes the
installation, testing, operation and maintenance of the Express Lane tolling
equipment. The FDOT will establish the Express Lane toll rates and
manage/retain the toll revenue.
I 595 Express LLC Project Team
The I 595 Express LLC Project Team (concessionaire) is responsible for
designing, building and financing the project construction, which is scheduled
to be completed in the summer of 2014. The concessionaire is also responsible
for the operation and maintenance of the corridor for the 35-year duration of
the contract, which was turned over to the concessionaire on July 31,
2009.
