FDOT has proceeded with the selection of a Concessionaire to design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM) the project through a long-term agreement.
The Concessionaire procurement process will consist of the following phases:
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) advertisement and selection of Short-Listed Proposers (Completed)
Draft Requests for Proposals (RFP) distribution and interaction with Short-Listed Proposers (Completed)
Final RFP distribution (Completed)
RFP Addenda Distribution (On-going)
Short-Listed Proposers submission of detailed proposals
Selection of the Best Value Proposal
Clarifications and execution of the Concession Agreement
